FAQ’s regarding W-2’s: Are the W-2’s ready for The Job Shop, Technical Staffing Solutions, & MedPlus Staffing? No, our Accounting Department is working hard to get those prepared as quickly as possible. However they will be complete by the January 31, 2014 deadline. Will I be able to access my w-2 online? No, Last year we received several complaints from employees who were unable to access their w-2 electronically. The complaints included the following: forgotten passwords, no printer, unable to login, etc. In effort to improve this process for employees, we have partnered with a third party company who will be responsible for mailing the w-2’s by the January 31, 2014 deadline. What if my address has changed, what should I do? It is now too late to report address changes, we are too far in the w-2 process. However, if you notify our office of the new address any returned w-2’s can be resent to the corrected address. I hope you find this information helpful!
