FAT FIGHTERS 15th December Everyone is getting busy with all the Christmas preparations. When you are busy, it is so easy to forget to eat at regular intervals, and then what do you do? ? Grab a sandwich ? , have a cheese pie ? Miss a meal completely? Are you prepared to undo all the effort that you have put in , to get you where you are? It is more important than ever to PLAN YOUR MEALS. On busy days HAVE A GOOD BREAKFAST WITH PROTEIN, and pre plan lunch and dinner.
