FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED FOR CALLIE!!! Now the good part of Callie’s life is just about to begin! She was used for breeding, she is a beautiful classic looking German Shepherd, when she was no longer needed she was abandoned, then hit by a car and with a dislocated hip ended up in a high volume kill shelter. Fortunately her life didn’t end there, thanks to volunteers and networkers we heard of sweet Callie’s plight. Her surgery had been scheduled as soon as she arrived at Westside, but then her surgery was canceled because she got so sick. Today is a good day, Callie is feeling well, has had her surgery and from here on out we have promised her just good things. We would love to have a foster home or even a forever home for her to recuperate in. She is a very mild, well-mannered girl, who doesn’t let the littlest kindness go unappreciated.
