Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile/ Tool & Die with above 5 years Experience in the Foundry Production in different type of Industrial Valve manufacturing units will be preferable. The Candidate should have minimum 75% average marks in all the semester (inclusive of 10th and / or +2) and No History of Arrears. Due to current expansion in our valve manufacturing activity, we are offering an excellent opportunity for a number of experienced Foundry Production Manager to head our senior manufacturing team. All applicants for senior management positions should have a technical qualification, preferably in mechanical engineering, material science or an equivalent subject. Applicants should also possess excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate effective leadership qualities in their respective areas. . Production Manager (Valves Division) The production Manager will report to the plant manager and will be responsible for the total manufacturing activities including machine shop operations, assembly, hydrostatic testing and coating areas. He will be responsible for the overall management of manufacturing to ensure that production schedules, quality standards and all manufacturing requirements are achieved to agreed plans and costing parameters. It is essential to have had considerable experience with overall control of manufacturing in a company producing high quality components preferably for the pump and valve markets. It is essential to have had at least 10 years as a production Manager in a manufacturing company producing engineering products. Applicants for this particular job should have a strong character and be able to lead a large group of production engineers, supervisors and workers.
