FQ: Can you post this. Hey everyone! In june my husband had back surgery. In july he went back to work and was informed he was being medically discharged. He was told he would be getting seperation pay and VA benefits. His paperwork is in Washington and the VA is determening his percentage for disability. His ETS date before all of this was november of this year. He was told if they dont have his paperwork back by novbember hell have to extend his contract for 6 months. My question is, has anyone had a spouse or themselves go through a medical discharge. If so how long did the process take? Any information will help. Thanks! *Cynthia*
