FQ: My Dr mentioned coming back about 8 weeks after birth to get my tubes tied. What is the recovery time for having tubes tied? Is it something where I will be able to go back to work right away? I plan for 10 weeks off for maternity leave so that will give me 2 weeks of time to heal. Is that enough? Would it qualify under short term disability if extra time off was needed if ordered by the Dr?
