FREE lunch and FREE transport on 22nd March - world water day! The Snowdonia society have a workday coming up in aid of world water day on 22nd March. You will be working with the pearls in peril project to pull up pine tree regeneration on a wetland adjacent to the only river in Snowdonia which is home to the rare fresh water pearl mussel. Transport to the workday is FREE for 14-25 year olds. This is likely to be the last mini bus we are able to provide for a while as funding for this element of the project is coming to an end. As a thank you to all young volunteers who have volunteered with us this year we are able to provide a FREE lunch!
