SATURDAY Isolated to scattered severe thunderstorms in east ME, south NH, MA, RI, CT, southeast NY, NJ, south-central and east PA, central and east MD, east half VA, DE, DC, northeast WV, northeast NC along and ahead of a cold front. TORCON - 2 or less. Thunderstorms with locally heavy rain in the Southeast. A chance of an isolated severe thunderstorm in south AZ. Locally heavy rain in the Southwest including west TX.
