FROM LARUE COUNTY 911 •••Public Announcement Update••• Due to the recent storm all efforts to bring the 911 Phone System and Admin lines back up in the LaRue 911 Telecommunications Center have failed. With what appears to be a direct lightning strike the trunk cabinet controlling the phone system will not power up with any an all all efforts put towards it. A service tech specializing in this technology has been notified however due to the further impending weather due to come later on there is no ETA for tech arrival. For emergencies please call Hodgenville Police Dept (270-358-3013) LaRue County Detention Center (270-358-9876 must push extension number 3!!!) Hardin County Control (270-737-5669) or Ky State Police Post 4 (270-766-5078) When calling please provide address location, call back number, name, and briefly what the emergency is.
