FROM REV. SUZELLE: Dear all -- Where do you park your car at UUCW on Sundays? East parking lot or West parking lot? It’s come to our attention that some of our older members, and members with limited mobility have not able to find parking in our East parking lot on Sundays lately. Because some of these folks cannot successfully navigate the stairs up from the West Entrance, that means they can’t come to church. So, if you are able to climb stairs, we cordially invite you to park in the West parking lot for the rest of this winter. Yes, it is a sacrifice – the distance from your car to the church West Entry doors is farther – but we hope your heart will be warmed by the knowledge that by parking in the West Lot, you are helping others gain access to their UUCW experience. And I’ll see you out there in the West Lot – look for my dark blue Toyota Matrix with the green “Grace Happens” bumper sticker – I park in the far NW corner of the lot every Sunday that I’m in church!
