The spirit of NOSTROVIA is coming to Thailand, as one of Russian MMA’s hottest talents, Rasul Mirzaev makes his debut at DARE. Hailing from the Republic of Dagestan in the Caucasus region of Russia’s deep south, where Europe and Asia meet, Rasul Mirzeav is a former World Sambo Champion, which means he kicks ass in the biggest country in the world. Since moving into MMA he remains undefeated with a 6-0 record. After a tragic incident on the streets of Moscow, he recently spent over a year in jail in Russia, his face all over the national media. After his release he moved to Phuket, Thailand and began training in paradise with Phuket Top Team. The Land of Smiles has a way of bringing out the best in people. And so fate brings him to Bangkok, competing in the opening round of the Featherweight Division, against one brave opponent. He will be joined on the night by fellow Dagestan native – Murad STRANGLER Machaev. STRANGLER enters the Lightweight Division of DARE with a formidable 12 -1 MMA record, proving himself to be one of the hottest up-and-coming fighters not just in his native Russia, but on the entire fricking planet. The former Combat Sambo National Champion has fought in Russia and the United States, with just 3 of his victories going the distance.
