Facility Technician (Office Hours, 5 days) JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Assist the Engineer on daily monitoring and recording of facilities equipment performance Troubleshoot and repair Facilities equipment Liaise with vendors and contractors to perform preventive maintenance on facilities equipment Assist engineer to ensure efficient use of utilities resources Perform building maintenance Assist Engineer to maintain proper documentation Ensure compliance to ISO standard operating procedures Any other duties as assigned by Superior JOB SPECIFICATIONS Qualification Diploma / NTC2 in Mechanical/ Electrical/Building Maintenance Experience Diploma: 1-2 years of relevant experience NTC: 2-3 years of relevant experience Skills required Familiar with working in cleanroom environment Good knowledge of Air-Conditioning, Mechanical, Electrical, Building Maintenance Good analytical skill in troubleshooting of Facilities equipment Proficient in MS office and AutoCAD will be an added advantage Must be able to read and understand layout drawing Other No colour blindness.
