Feeling defeated but not yet ready to quit! I hate the State of Illinois! How can you lawmakers and / or DHS/DD think that it is fair to increase the personal allowances of only those who live in homes licensed under the community care act and specifically exclude the rest!? My child is in a SODC because at the age of 13 he was denied admission to any community group home after he was kicked out of his home with no appeal process? That does NOT MEAN HE IS LESS DESERVING! What do you say about that Tony Paulauski and ARC!? What do you think about the fairness of this WICS, WCIA,WAND, KSDK ? Also, I just found out yesterday that when Gary is home with me for over a month, Murray does not get paid! I have been told that I can have him home as long as I wish as long as I do not ask for his money, money that is coming from my taxes and social security retirement income and money that he is entitled to as a totally and permanently disabled person since birth! Where is that money!?? I do not draw any extra retirement money when he is home! When I retired I was told Gary would receive more money for his care but it would go to Murray. Well, if Gary does not get it when he is home and Murray does not get it and I do not either, then where is my sons money from my retirement? Can you answer this for me Wayne Rosenthal? As you may guess, I am SICK TO DEATH OF TRYING TO CONVINCE THIS CORRUPT STATE THAT JUST BECAUSE MY SON LIVES AT MURRAY CENTER DOES NOT MEAN HE IS NOT WORTHY OF LOVE, COMPASSION AND CONSIDERATION JUST THE SAME AS THOSE IN A CILA!? OK MY Christian friends cover your ears because as far as I am concerned the State of Illinois can go straight to Hell!
