Ferguson Thoughts: The only way peace can be present within the world, is if it’s present within ourselves. If you want justice, be just. If you want freedom, give it to another. If you want positivity be positive. How are you oppressing yourself? How are you being violent towards yourself? Do you wish to just be angry? or do you wish for things to change? Anger is just heated fear. Are you afraid of being shot? Are you afraid of your loved ones being shot? Are you afraid of your loved ones being oppressed? Are you afraid of your kids being shot? Are you afraid of a police state? Are you afraid of racism and anger and injustice? Why are you mad? Why are you really mad? Let go of that anger. Write it all down or yell it out. Do it without harming another. Then write down one way you can make the world a better place and do it. This is my action for the day. I was a little afraid to do this but another inspired me to speak from my heart. To spread positivity. How can you inspire another. Now we’ve gone from anger to inspiration. From destruction to creation. Imagine peace
