Field Doctors Welfare Association today in a condolence meeting termed the untimely death of Dr.Fayaz Ahmed Khan, Consultant Neurologist SMHS Hospital Srinagar as a huge loss to the profession and patient care. Expressing profound grief and sorrow on the untimely death, the spokesperson of the association described Dr.Fayaz Ahmad Khan as an institution of profession who made every effort for the betterment of patient care and lived a low profile life with human gestures. His sober professional attitude and organizational behaviour shall set the example in the history of health sector. His companionship besides being an asset indeed remained laudable and visible within the system. His loss to the neurological technicality and profession created a vacuum which of course shall take years again to develop such a character of honesty, dedication, personification, the spokesperson added. The spokesperson while adding to the condolence meet said that such a wonderful and honest professional would always keep pace with global health care developments and had of course been a legend in the history to make his career to serve the needy and calm the cries of indifferent nature.
