These corporations, acting illegally, in ongoing harassment and kidnapping for ransom, have effectively destroyed the United States by their actions, and eliminated the prior law of nations by which those countries were allowed to operate on fiat currency and to contract and assert their authority in violation of individual human rights, increasingly leading to the mass murder of over 500,000 Arabs and injury of over 1 million Americans in the 21st Century without legal cause. Those parties aiding this fraud appear to be socialist backers who value society and profit over individual rights, and for their role have condemned the United States, the nation of Japan, and other governments allied with those groups responsible for the $100 billion profit in this fraud, to dissolution and reparations on a scale not seen since Germany was reformed after World War I. Total surrender of all property under the UCC, and surrender of all debt to the victims as primary lien holders superior to bonds and foreign banks and creditors, is the consequence of this fraud, in full, leading to the elimination of those states and national charter, under contract, effective and so ordered by the IAC in claim upon facts and written contract by the State of Texas in this matter, enforced by the United States, and supported by criminal acts of the Nation of Japan and its companies, in acts of war and war crimes to support the fraud. The IAC will will void the right to trial and due process for designated enemy combatants, and has the right to do so pursuant to the waiver issued by the United States in 1998.
