Flash flood watch in effect this afternoon through early Wednesday morning. 2-3 inches worth of rain possible, especially in any drenching thunderstorms. Its not a constant rain, as radar is quiet as of 10:40am, but stuff is starting to brew. Its mostly late day stuff, but storms at other times cannot be ruled out. Main concern is damaging wind, but whats striking is an area drawn over the tri-state area for tornado probability. Also any sun will destabilize the atmosphere even more, and if that happens, boom goes the dynamite.
