Flashback Friday! Yesterday, the ever awesome Kathryn Falk shared some fabulous TBT pics from the 1994 RT Booklovers Convention. That was my first RT and it was magical! Ranking right up there for me in the magical department was RT 1999 in Toronto. Three highlights.... 1) I coordinated a Regency Fashion Show and Dinner Show for conference attendees. Tons of work. Lots of fun. 2) Heather Graham invited me to perform in her musical dinner party where I got to sing a Broadway show tune with her and actor soap opera star/actor Gregg Marx! 3) Representing the heroine of one of my writing mentors western novels (costume made by me) in Connie Perrys always fabulous Costume Competition where I got to perform a fun skit with cover model Ryan Storm. I actually flew over the border with prop rifle for that skit. Not something Id try today! Pic below--Fighting with Ryan for possession of the rifle. A comedic scuffle which, naturally, ended in an embrace. ;)
