Floor exercises for my back had taken away different aches and pains immediately always. A mixture of aches were taken care off: coming from some form of dislocation or displacement because of a) mostly sitting position &/or standing unbalanced b) foot ware issues c) and so on. All I did each time was to focus on moving and relaxing one part of the back or pelvis at a time: usually a small crack sound is follow by much relief. I used the exercises similar to 9 steps for a flat stomach YouTube. TCM Master Tan shared his notion that our joints dislocate often and it is easy to reset. Similarly this morning a nerve problem was addressed to relieve the aches down both legs. Dr Johnny Quek Teo Hoe
