Flow is a great internet provider but when it come fixing your service they do not respect one of our human rights which is the right to responsibility, they do not possess empathy and genuineness to their customer, they refer to trouble shoot the problem over the phone rather than send some one who check the problem, they blame your lap top or computer and make you feel very stupid over the phone by the way you are paying your own phone bill. but; when the month come they want their money and no deduction when your internet is down. Thank you flow i surely recommend you to my family and friends for such a great after care service.
