Following my interview for the August edition of the Holland and Barrett Healthy Magazine about overcoming my fear of public speaking Ive had several people asking what I did and how they can do it. There are also some Huna and Access Consciousness Belief Change mp3s within the Resources Page that you can download. In a nutshell I basically did the following: 1. Became aware that there were some big limiting beliefs lurking beneath the surface. (For me it was Im not good enough. Im not worthy enough. Which of course would somewhat stifle the voice and any form of public expression). 2. Resolved the limiting beliefs and the associated negative emotions (fear, anxiety, frustration, etc). Time Line Therapy was the thing that I used back then. 3. Created new strategies (NLP). 4. Created and installed different internal representations, responses and beliefs (Hypnosis and NLP). 5. Felt good about getting out there and speaking (Anchoring and Hypnosis). 6. Created the opportunities to do so (Time Line Therapy/Creating Your Future Process). Nowadays with my clients it would also include some Huna, Access Consciousness, Future Life Progression, possibly even some Past Life Regression.
