CLINTON: Social security used as slush fund, $128B removed legally with a shell game trick, documented 4 places. Glass Steagal abrogated by decree, then ended by legislation, documented. Govt begins bullying banks to loan to unqualified buyers. Housing bubble begins. 30%, +11% deficit increases. 364 executive orders. BUSH II: Valerie Plume, accusations the WMD evidence was contrived, but no evidence of coercion or collusion with the CIA. The Senate investigation concluded gross errors in overstating the data, but after 9-11, it would be pretty stupid to underestimate our enemies plans right away. Some Domestic spying concerns in the Patriot Act. Two >30% deficit increases.
