For all you ladies out there trying to shift those final pounds to fit into those project dresses i have found a life changing solution. No more crazy diets, no unnecessary exercises and absolutely NO surgery. Its called less eating, more sleeping All it requires is one or two all nighters which will have your body screaming for catch up resting periods. Sleeping for up to 10/12 hours in the night may leave you with terrible morning breath but will certainly save you at least 5 hours of binge eating in front of the telly or those extra 3/4 slices of toast that you might have time for in the morning. After almost 11 hours sleep last night I have woken up feeling extremely well rested, dreadful pins and needles, 4 weird dreams but I also feel at least 2 pounds lighter.
