For people who know about cars, as Im new to some of the stuff Im dealing with. Just come home in my 2001 Ford Escort Van to a horrible burning smell coming through my vents. Smoke/bad smelling steam was pouring from the bonnet so I popped it up and had a look. The bottom pipe from the coolant expansion chamber had swollen with pressure. The tank was full to the brim, far above the max line and once the cap was opened loads of coolant streamed out causing weird sounds from the engine. Still starts and runs fine, for now! Any ideas?
