For this edition of #MarcelVersusDrunkWhiteGuys, Ill tell you a situation that almost went left last night at The Library... So last night I have my merch table set up outside. I have my cds, wristbands, and email list on deck. Im walkin around, and I notice a guy writing on my email list. So I walk over like: Me: Hey man, thanks for writing on my email list, once you finish u get a free wrist band. Drunk White Guy: Oh, dude, I really dont deserve one. Im a drunk a** hole. Me: What you talkin bout bra? *I read what he wrote, & he writes something like Hugh Jahs loves Pen Iss Flower Pots or something to the effect of that. I read it a few times to see hes jokingly writing Huge A** Loves P*nis Flower Pots. Mind you, the event was having technical difficulties, so I was already drove. And I was cranky bc I hadnt had any sleep. So this dude had me effed up. Me: Say bro, wtf is your problem? DWG: I know man, Im sorry. Im a total jerk. Me: Dude, I work had to provide for my kids, and my music is my second full time job. Tell me why you think its cool totally disrespect me at my job? DWG: Im really sorry man. Im totally outta line. Me: You motherfing right your outta line. DWG: Well let me scratch it out... *grabs pen Me: *snatches pen... Mane dont touch my sh*t bra!!! DWG: I feel awful, can I by a cd to make up for it? Me: If you want to. If you gonna do it, break bread, & Get TF bra. *He goes to his booksack and buys pulls out a $10, brings it back, picks up the cd, and says...... DWG: I havent seen Marcel perform in a long a** time... *I look at him crazy crazy & say... Me: MF Im Marcel P. Black!!! DWG: OMG......... I feel like sh*t. Dude, Im such a big fan dude. Im drunk, I was just being a d*ck and started writing on the paper and didnt even read to see what it was. Im so sorry... *slides me ten bucks. Me: Aight bra. Now you can ride out. I gotta few things to take care of... For the rest of the night, he apologized everytime I walked by, and even bought me a few drinks. #TrueStory
