Lamar rolls to another state title game 11/23/2013 4:57 PM The Lamar Tigers gained nearly 600 yards of offense to beat the Lutheran North Crusaders 70-7 in the Class 2 semifinals on Saturday. Lamar (13-1), which has won the past two state titles, will go back to St. Louis next week to face Lawson (12-2) in the Show-Me Bowl at 4:15 p.m. Friday at the Edward Jones Dome. Lamar quarterback Levi Petersen rushed for 299 yards and four touchdowns on 15 attempts, while passing for 65 yards and a touchdown. As a team, the Tigers ran for 528 yards and limited Lutheran North to 23 yards on the ground.
