Found the perfect rental space for our future business, which is focusing on subcultures and the occult. Steampunk and Cyberpunk, Goth, Wicca, Pagan, Alternate Medicine and Wild Herbalism, including the occult. Were after a silversmith based in Lincoln who will do comission work with all sorts or precious and semi-precious gemstones, a wildlife expert to help with sourcing wild herbs, fruits and vegetables used in cooking and rituals / magick, and a (rated, non-fraudulent) psychic medium based on comission who will give readings in return of office space and clients to practice in the after hours. Also somebody who will comission retro clothing, mostly victorian and steampunk items and gadgets. Currently we are looking for custom made Victorian & steampunk clothing for staff, goggles, a top hat and vintage clothing as staff will have uniform. Hypnotherapy by myself will also be available for a reduced rate for friends and colleagues in future, which I will be (when I finish the course) professionally accredited. Again, all paid cash in hand or comission based so if you have this skill set or know of someone that does, theres money to be made on the side. On top of this were also after a handyman for painting, decorating and shelving. For the nature expert (or a wicca, pagan or druid who knows of this) we are after your wisdom through paid lessons too. Would rather learn from real life than solely textbooks. Help sourcing occult based (gray and white magic, demonology, spiritual) artifacts, antiquities.and tomes / books will be paid on comission if its of resellable or huge cosmetic value for the shop. Also after a fortune reading machine, preferably Zoltar, on rent or to buy used cheap. Full sized blank feature male and female mannequins, used, also needed. Again, if you are this person or know of these people please be in contact. Yes, I am crazy but this is a legitimate venture which will be happening hopefully soon when a business loan.is obtained. (p.s., any business advice or tips appreciated, also after a graphic designer or artist to be able to produce advertisement posters). We are also looking at allying ourselves with the alternate scene and shops in Lincoln for mutual advertising arrangement, and if theres space, the student unions at Bishop Grot and Lincoln as we will hopefully be providing service or discounts for students and loyal members. For those interested in future, either to shop or to partake in after hour events such as tarot, seances, readings, alternate Lincoln history, guest talks, workshops and alternate ghost walks, full mask venetian balls, etc, show interest to myself or my colleague Charlotte Dora before opening and any bonuses for supporting the business will be greater.
