You rise by degree , feel your hypoxia and begin your journey , to that tiny spot in the cosmos of your universe , non descript and without form and colourless universe. Feel as your heart rate diminishes , you speed toward your goal increase , retreat from the white to the light and soar and move with body , not of form , ethereal on wings of fantasy and fancy , look down and view yourself. Now take yourself you surfer of the silver , glide and bring yourself on a dreamlike voyage across the astral plain, and free your mind of earthly constraints.
