Free fitness tip Friday: Do you feel like you are living life from one stressful event to another? Are you always on the GO GO GO? Are you always in a constant state of dont know if Im coming or going? SLOW. YOUR. ROLL. LEARN TO RELAX. Of those of you who answered YES to any (or all) of the above, how many of you dont get enough sleep? Are any of you struggling to lose weight, and finding it very difficult? STRESS: it WILL wreak havoc on your body, spirit, and mind. It will affect your hormones and actually work AGAINST you in your weight loss efforts. Poor sleeping patterns will do the same. Find an activity that you enjoy, that you can do almost every day to decrease your stress. (Might I suggest a daily routine of (no less than) 30 minutes of exercise?!! Enjoy your day! 😊
