Friends, - Yesterday we organised a seminar on Quality and Quantity at our petrol bunk , Anuradha Auto at Visakhapatnam. - We observed that lot of people has got confusion on identifying or rather procedure to know the Q&Q of petroleum products. Particularly many authorised showroom work shop managers are blaming petrol bunks for quality when they are confused in diagnosing the problem with the vehicles they come .though they are qualified personnel, they do not bother to verify the product technically through a standard procedure -BPCL Lab incharge Srimaan explained the process to check the products and appealed not to check the Quality by colour and smell - All my dealer friends, Work shop Managers our customers attended the seminar - BPCl territory manager Sri Suresh, Lubes Territory manager Sri RamaNayak, Our Sales Officer Sri Srinivas attended the program and clarified the doubts of the customer and explained the process of identifying the Q&Q practises
