Friends dont let friends skip leg day!!! I mean everybody loves lunges right? This is one of my favorite exercise combinations that work your core and lower body hard. Perform a reverse lunge and then follow your leg through for a high front kick. When you do that front kick, be sure you really engage your abs because youre essentially performing a standing crunch (did you know you never have to lay on the ground and strain your neck to do a crunch???). Work these into your routine and feel your burn!
