From Paris, So after 5 or so awesome years I will be moving on as head coach at CFSK and will be coaching my last class tonight at 5pm. I’m staying local though so luckily will get the chance to catch up with some of you on occasion in Amelia’s yoga class that I really should be doing more of anyway:) I want to say thank you to everyone that has been part of my time at CFSK over the years. T, Irish Chris, Rose, Bjorn, Morgan, Pippa, Jules, Aimie, Oscar, Lockie, Arthur, Amy.D, Nikki, Milly x and anyone I have missed that has helped out…Thank you all for sharing your knowledge and just being a great group of people I’m lucky to now have as friends. To all the people who I have trained at CFSK the CF Kids, visiting CF’ers, people that have come and gone and of course those of you that have been at the gym for as long as I have…Each of you have been a massive part of me learning how to teach and how to coach, thank you.
