From Tamarack Christian Ministry: A reminder abut our countrys heritage: FOURTH OF JULY MESSAGE: TAMARACK CHRISTIAN MISSIONS, 379 W. Cherry Road, Hayesville, NC 28904 As we prepare to celebrate the birth of our great nation please allow me to share something with you. My wife Lena and I are missionaries, and have been in many countries. We were in Nepal this March 14 to April 10. In all the third world countries Nepal is the worse we have been in. There are no religious freedom the churches are hidden and there are so many gods until it is like the Apostle Paul in Athens he said they worshiped so many gods until they had one that said to the unknown god (Acts 17:23). But in Nepal there is so much poverty and people are dying from pollution. Wages are $5. a day. It was so sad to see the condition of the people in Nepal is in. I cried and asked God why was this happening and in my Spirit He said it is because that they do not worship Him. And if America does not change this is what will happen to her. In Deuteronomy 8:19 God warns that if we forget the Lord our God and walk after other gods and worship them we will perish. Any nation that forgets God as Nepal has will fall and perish just as the great Roman Empire fell. Therefore As we celebrate the birth of our great nation, may we pray that our beloved country might have a new birth of freedom; not a freedom from God, which always leads to license of ultimate slavery. But, rather a freedom built upon God and His commandments, apart from which any nation will eventually perish. And let’s never forget those 56 fearless men who met on that hot summer day July 4th, 1776 in Philadelphia, and signed that historic document, the Declaration of Independence. Those 56 fearless men considered liberty was so much more important than security that they pledged their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honors. They fulfilled their pledge, they paid the price, and freedom was born. To keep that freedom alive we must elect men and women who can and will lead out communities, states, and nation according to the precepts of the Bible. To do that we must be informed and vote. To vote we must register, which is now easy to do. For without registering and voting there can be no freedom. So, please register and vote, so we may never hear the question from our children, and grandchildren “WHERE WERE YOU THE DAY FREEDOM DIED IN AMERICA?” This message brought to you for the preservation of America, “ONE NATION UNDER GOD, and INDIVISIBLE WITH LIBERTY AND JUSTICE FOR ALL Rev.
