From a momma: I was wondering if you could post a question about eosinophilic esophagitis for me? My 18 month old son was just diagnosed on Friday with it. The doctor said he had too many eosinophils to even begin to count along with severe inflammation w/ white spots all over the esophagus. However, he has been skin tested for all the foods in his diet and has no external allergies is what they called it. We technically dont know what his trigger foods are since he gets a very wide variety of all food groups ever since he went through the feeding program in March. We were told nothing but fruits and vegetables along with neocate junior. My question is I am just curious how many trigger foods you or your children have with EE? Is it possible he can have just one? Thanks.
