There is a weird man by the name of xxx who comes to the community pool on a regular basis with his disabled niece. xxxx has been touching the kids in the pool on their hands, feet, hair, and sides, etc.... xxxx has also told the parents how his niece and he share a bunk bed, and take naps together. The niece has been seen putting her fingers into her private area more then twice now. Something isnt right here. Please help soon. I am concerned for all of the childrens safety what can I do to help? I am a mother of two, and I am worried about him coming again tomorrow.
