From drop sets, to super sets, partial reps, forced reps, timed reps, rest/pause and many more, there are a ton of different intensity techniques you can use to really turn up your workout. Which methods do you use and like? And for what body part? I personally love super setting (one after another) biceps and triceps. Pairing them together not only gets you through your arm workouts faster but also forces a ton of blood into your arms trapping nutrients and growth factors inside, bringing that pain and gain!
