From my heart..,,depression Is a illness. Having personally nearly lost someone I love to this & watching a family members personal struggle ......I was once ignorant too depression ....depression is not just a word for someone whos fed up it is clinically proven it is a hormonal imbalance in the brain & without help and support - to help this with the right treatment its a killer !! People just dont understand it is a illness a imbalance where the person can not help how they feel and doesnt want to feel that way...... Sadly when untreated and people do not get the support they need not only from doctors but from friends and family not giving up on them too it can lead to fatalities like this tonight.... Its so sad what has happened to robin Williams and there are people all over our own city feeling there in a hole they cant get out of ..... I only hope that this dreadful loss to robins family can help others .... Help people to seek help and help families and friends to give support and love .... Even just a text if that person is too low to reply at least they know u care! Hopefully something positive comes from this xxx I nearly lost my best friend to this .....it broke my heart to see her at her lowest when she had given up on life ..... And it has been a battle for her .. But Im proud to call her my mum :) & to still have her here to tell the tale if you reach out to someone in need that hand could actually be there life line ....
