From student hub to political hub, from educational center to music center, I have witnessed a huge transformation in our campus! As I was treading my footsteps between the golden yellowish foliage of Naseem Bagh, I saw huge number of students adopting garland like conformation near CORD. As my curiosity accompanied its threshold value, I drove myself near those students. There I figured the renowned figures of Bollywood world like Imran Khan, Vishal Bardawaj etc. I lended my ears to the talkies of attendees and came to know that they were there to shoot up their new Movie, Hyder. The blissful atmosphere lost its charm when they were about to catch the controversial shot in their big lenses. In the shot, Indian flag was to be hoisted and the rescued Kashmiri people had to utter Jai Hind. This clip raised the adrenalin of the students and they started shouting anti-India slogans. DSP, Chief-proctor, local police did their best to clamp down those slogans from buzzing the campus but they met the sheer disappointment and defeat. Students went out of control and dispatched and dislodged the Bollywood Bunkers. Some students pelted stones on the police men. When the slogans like ragda ragda, go india go back, Pakistan zinda baad set abuzz the campus, Imran khan and co packed up their things and left the campus with their tail down. Hats off to the University Students for sending a strong message in the ears of Bollywood people!!!!
