Currently seeking for the following candidates : ELV ENGINEER Qualification : Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation. Experience : 10 yrs and above Age : 30 -35 yrs Job Description : 1. Responsible for the design review of IT, Telecom, BMS, ELV, Electronic security, X- Ray, CCTV, Access Control, Public Address System and Fire Alarm systems. 2. Able to manage a team of ELV Supervisors / team leaders proficient in ELV systems and on – site building practices. 3. Responsible for design, supply, installation, sub contract management, testing, commissioning, final handover, end user training and warranty issues. 4. Ensuring that intended designs are implemented. 5. Can chair the design review and coordination meetings and prepare meeting records and progress reports. 6. Excellent knowledge of applicable codes and regulations. 7. Ability to manage multiple reviews and deadlines and responsive to changing demand. 8. Extensive knowledge of standard engineering practices, techniques and procedures. 9. Candidates with experience in airport catering facility will be given preference. CRUSHER MANAGER Qualification : Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Experience : 10 – 15 yrs Age : 35 - 40 yrs Job Description 1. Accountable for the timely production and delivery of crushed products in the most economical way while meeting the contractual, quality and regulatory requirements. 2. Must have good command on operation and maintenance of Crusher plants as he will be responsible for managing operation and maintenance of all static and mobile crushers in multi locations. 3. Will be responsible for financial planning and budgeting. 4. Can plan, direct and coordinate the work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing crushed products. 5. Able to establish best preventive maintenance practices and ensure optimum availability percentage of machines. CONTRACT ENGINEER Qualificaiton : Bachelor Degree in Civil/ Mechanical, Added qualification in LAW / Contract Experience : 5 to 10 years Responsibility and details: 1. Responsible for managing critical contractual formation, obligations, risk and liability 2. Reflects high degree of independent and creative judgment applied to highest-level goals and objectives of the company 3. Reflects significant technical knowledge of process based projects/ Interface management 4. Good background and expertise on EPC Projects in international environment specifically on Oil/Gas, or Utility type Projects 5. Good knowledge of engineering/construction industry practices, procedures, and work practices 6. Significant International Contracting experience and familiarity with IChemE forms of sub-contracts including International Red Book and Yellow Book apart from FIDIC contract form 7. Should have good skills in Variation Management, administration and negotiation of change orders/claims 8. Add to the project bottom line by strategic thinking and action to reduce effort and increase revenue by timely intervention Note: Salary and Benefits 1. Cash in hand salary of RO1750/- to RO.2250/- comprising of basic salary and monthly allowance. 2.
