GIANT AC TEAM, downhill/freeride bike. I build this bike from scratch, and it has served me so well. But due to moving south, I need the money and reluctantly here she is, for sale. The frame is the ever so loved, and rare, Giant AC Team Retro, size Medium, and in good condition. On the rear it has a Fox DHX 3.0 coil shock, which have been serviced often. These frames are classics! Front suspension is a Rock Shox Domain RC which is fantastic for both freeride, downhill, jumps etc. Has the air adjustment coil and can almost do a complete lock, for those uphill runs. Just went through a service, and new oils. Very smooth forks. Handling: Truvativ Holzfeller stem in white, with an almost new Crank Brothers Iodine 2 handlebar, with ODI S&M grips. Brake system: Shimano SLX hydraulic disc brakes, with 203mm Hope rotors. Drivetrain: 9 speed SRAM downhill rear cassette (the red type) and SRAM X7 rear derailleur. Shimano SLX chain. Truvativ Holzfeller DH bottom bracket, Holzfeller DH cranks + pedals, and front single speed gear setup. Comes with an almost brand new Blackspire chain roller. Some of the best stuff out there! Wheels: Mavic DH rims with white spokes - front wheel with Hope DH hub, and rear with Shimano SLX hub. Tires are Maxxis High-Roller DH both back and front. Insane amount of grip! Seat is an unknown make, but quite comfortable. The seatpost is the Ritchey WCS in white. Unbeatable! The bike runs lovely, but has two flaws; A bolt on the fork crown has snapped. Just needs to taken out, but have no affected the performance of the forks at all. The brake pads got a bit of fork grease on them, and are now squeeling. Just needs to be taken off, and put in the oven for a bit or burned with a flame torch. General service really. Im a bike mechanic myself, so the bike have always been really well looked after and serviced. It has some scratches, but is overall in good condition and just drives great - and looks stunning. It wont be easy seeing it go. I apologize for the poor pictures, but this is what I have on my PC at the moment (bike is in storage at the moment). If you wish to come and see it, please dont hestitate to give me a message and we can arrange for a test drive. * If new to the sport, I can include a Troy Lee Designs helmet, 661 Flight knee+shin and elbow+forearm protectors for a small additional price * Looking for £849
