GREAT NEWS this morning! To make a long story as short as this girl can make; I have been working towards my paramedic to RN degree through Hill College. I had only 1 class left that I was going to take this fall and then my program would start in May. I just so happened to check their website the other day, which stated that were cancelling the program (traditional RN & paramedic to RN) for 2015 due to revisions. To say the least I was pretty devastated. I started hurriedly looking into other programs, and TCC also offers one but unfortunately my sciences were too old. I e-mailed the director to see about a waiver because I am currently working in the healthcare field. I just got the reply, and they said YES! This may not seem like a lot to younger people trying to finish that last little bit, but to me a waiting an another year would have been heartbreaking. Now it is time to start studying for the HESI-A2! BOO Hill College, YAY TCC!!!!!!
