Gambia bird please be competent and knows customer service very well.without the customers u going no where,I need my suitcase full of my belonging,since three weeks ago I was told my lost bag is in there office,and ur plane flight from gambia to london two times in week,I cannot still get my luggage,what the heck is wrong with your service,first I have a problem with changing my ticket to come back home,I was told I only have to pay fifty dollars,at the branch in gambia,in the office they want to milk more money from me,by saying my open ticket cannot be change.i have to buy a new ticket costingD13000,and there term and condition says any three month ticket is changeable,why is my three month ticket different from the others?????after long battle,with the help of one Rohey,am able to pay the fifty dollars to be able to return to uk .by arriving at gatwick my luggages are no where to be seen,I have to make lots of calls,before they knew where my luggage is!!!now that they found my bags,they call me and ask me to go to gatwick 4:00am to pick my luggage,according ( PIR)property irregularity report,which has Gambia bird logo, says when ur luggage is found it will be despatched to ur address unless you have given us other instruction?why do I have to leave my job and go to the airport when it should be despatched to my address???to be fair the service in the plane is excellent,maybe that is because the most of the cabin crew are Germans,no disrespect to Gambians,but those at the customer service should be trained well,they have a alot to learn???thanks to Rohey Sillah for ur help
