General Manager - Mining Job by Gvk Emri Planning & exploring project development and implementation of detailed prospecting in stages leading to detailed exploration stages, Conducting project review meetings and taking adequate corrective actions as required, Designing and implementing policies, guidelines and procedures to establish & maintain high quality standards in environment, occupational health & safety, Contributing towards corporate social responsibility, Formulating and establishing production plans & strategies for ensuring of exploration assignments in the set time frame, Managing a wide gamut of exploration operations entailing: Preparing competency profiles for Officers and Non-Officers, Manpower planning and rightsizing, Taking SMART improvement projects on safety, cost, and reliability and implementing them in the organization, Compliance with statutory requirements as per MoEF, MoC and DGMS clearances, Liaison with all the local Govt.
