Gentlemen, I have contacted each of you recently and revealed a portion of an experience I have had in Austin Texas which resulted in the abduction of my son by the legal system embedded with corruption. I have conducted observations over the past several years and am convinced that there is a criminal element that coordinates with various levels of the social scene here to extract resources by theft, coercion, and espionage, to name a few. The tactics employed (instigation and relationship sabotage) on me were to create a financial need (absurd child support) in my world by misuse and abuse of the legal system and then offer me the opportunity to make the money to see my child if I would vote for their candidate on land development water board selections (a body with taxing authority). It is a coordinated system of applying leverage to their target to manipulate the legal system and cover abuses of personal and civil rights. Attempting to resolve the situation within the legal structure resulted in further violations of my personal rights and increased tactical social warfare (following me around town and slandering my name and harassing persons who would associate with me). It is clear to me that this criminal element has access to military records. That being said, it is also probable that they can only operate in such a manner when their target does not have the means to illuminate their activity. During this period, I have spent a significant amount of time in the Library studying, in spite of their harassment tactics. Over this time, I have gained an understanding of investing, defined as the value of a dollar tomorrow, spent today. What kind of a return on money is available. During my studies, and combined with life awareness, I have recognized an opportunity for a significant return on invested money. Each of you have been contacted because I had a positive experience with you from the past, some of you it was passive and some it was active. This criminal element has hacked my e-mail and electronic communications and you should probably expect they have access to this letter as it is sent. Therefore, I am not able to share the details of this opportunity online. I am calling on each of you who knew me in the Marines, as a Marine, and soliciting your attention not only to my personal situation, but also to this investment opportunity. I have spend 6 years eating out of trash cans and sleeping in the streets because I would not contact you with just a need. I am contacting you now because I have an investment opportunity that has the capacity to return money invested. Please allow this letter to affect you with the intensity it is meant to. There are two aspects to consider here. One is the treason occurring in our homeland. The second is the visibility which will prevent its continuation by your attention to the matter. I have mentioned that my communications are hacked. I am soliciting some method of a face to face with each of you, as a response may or may not be a genuine communication based on their prior interventions electronically. I am asking for your help as a prior Marine, a friend, a father, and an American. They first hacked my phone, then used the criminals wearing the Austin Police Department uniform to steal it.
