Get into the truck this morning and note I will HAVE to get gas on my trek back from Carrollton. I will not make it back to Frisco without doing so. Fast forward, time to get gas. Where is my wallet? Panic! I know I left it on the counter at home. Girls, do you have ANY cash on you? Their Papa Croft should be so proud. Both whipped out a $20. He always told me have a spare $20 on you in case of emergency. funny side note- my Moms followup to my Dad saying this was always to have a spare quarter to call someone instead. (before the age of cell phones) 😋
