That is how they considered the children as lambs. When they were putting shots in the children heads they would also raising slogan of Allah is Great. How they could do that. It is because they consider it a legitimate religious war. Peshawar for them and as an extension Pakistan is a country of infidels and the jurisprudence of Takfir has been applied and evoked by them, in their sick mind this is an open season now. If the religious nature of the divide is not comprehended the confusion that Zia did it, Saudis do it or Imperialists do it shall remains,. It is Takfir as Hashishoun and Khawarij did it even worse offence are being committed. Pakistanis go hoarse in shouting that TTP Saudi masters are responsible - it is erroneous and lack of history here, such thoughts in Saudi Arabia are mutilated, they dont allow this kind of attitude, they call it Fitna. This present Fatwa is a highly technical religious edict declared against the entire nation, no one seems to talk about it, it is not a political issue.
