Ghana and its laws. The very day Kwaw Kese was refused bail on his fourth appearance that was the day the six culprits of Nayele Ametefe cocaine scandal were granted bail. There were a lot of questions from the media landscape that,how come cocaine confidentials were granted bail and someone who just smoked weed has been refused bail on his fourth appearance. Today,Kwaw Kese is been granted bail on his fakedhealth grounds and an alledged rapist{KKD} has been kept in custody/refused bail to reappear in court on Jan 8th, 2015. Theyve used KKD in exchange for Kwaw Kese. Indeed,money rules the laws of this county.The moment you are prosecuted and granted bail then it would be better to be efficiently efficient to get money and get a good lawyer.Does that mean some lawyers are bad? Were they not taught the same thing in law school?hmmmm! Someone just smoked weed,kissed,spanked etc and he is been kept in the condemned prison for life.
