God Is still on the throne! There is absolutely no doubt. He supplies my every desire and provides me with every need before I realize one exist. This weekend was absolutely marvelous. Spending Friday alone, taking care of the many task and errands life requires and just having quite time that evening to refuel spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically. Edith picked me up at noon on Saturday and we enjoyed the two hour drive to east, central N J, making our way to Asbury Park for the American Cancer Society Masquerade Ball. Thanks to Taswanna, Joan, and her family and friends, it was an elegant, top shelf event, having succeeded their fund raising goal by two times the expectation. Edith and I made it back to my house in time to meet my favorite Representative, yep Stephanie, who loaded me into her car and pointed it south, we jetted towards Rt. 1 and the DE shore line. Landing just in time for the 50th Anniversary Celebration of Lewis - Cape May Ferry Launch. What a beautiful day for such a markedly important historic event. No one could have ordered better weather for any of these weekend days. Only God could have been do generous! IT WAS AWESOME! In the company of my Delta and Phi Delta Kappa Sorors, whom Im sure they did not realize, filled my spirit with courage, love, joy, and sisterhood that generated an overwhelming sense of peace, strength, and fortitude. I thank God for the Blessing and Grace with which He fills my life. AMEN!
