Good Evening, It has recently come to our attention that a piece of libel is currently circulating in respect to the integrity of Maples Doghouse, its staff and our ethics. Fact of the matter is that Maples Doghouse does not enact, condone, or tolerate animal abuse in or outside our facility. We take the utmost level of care and concern for the well being and enrichment of all our guests. When we unfortunately have to refuse a service to a potential or prior client it is in the best interest and safety of the collective group as a whole. As always we have maintained a clean and safe facility and invite anyone to both view through the retail area window or tour the facility at any time. We understand that social media is a forum allowing opinions to be expressed however opinions must be truthful and free from libel. (def. A false publication, as in writing, print, signs, or pictures, that damages a persons reputation.) If there are any concerns regarding the offending message if you should see of receive it please contact Steve or Kim at maplesdghouse@gmail to discuss any matter you wish. We hope to resolve this issue quickly and permanently as we are consulting legal advice to close the matter and remove the libel that has been published. Thank you, Kim & Steve
