Good Morning Koza Parents. I hope that all of your kiddos had a blast last night at Kozas VBP...not a typo there, because it is certainly a Vacation Bible PARTY!!! You may have heard about these two opportunities for you Agents of Truth to give this year: 1) An offering that will go towards purchasing a new vehicle for the Gentle Hands Orphanage in the Philippines (where several teams of Koza members visit each year on short term mission trips). You may have heard that this a competition between the boys and the girls to see who can raise the most money. Very friendly, loving, kind competition...GO GIRLS! 2) Items for Bags of Love distributed at Kozas Christmas Festival. Over 150 Bags of Love are given with gospel tracts to Okinawan children with special needs and their families at this wonderful, fun-derful event. We need those Agents of Truth to help us get a head start on Bags of Love items this year (were aiming for over 200 in 2014!) so that we can continue to bless the people of Okinawa, its a special mission! Here is the list divided by age groups: Kindergarten and Volunteers-travel sized toiletries such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush and toothpaste. 1st grade-small boxes of colored pencils, markers 2nd grade-crayons, glue sticks 3rd grade-small notebook, sticker pacs 4th grade and youth-pens, erasers Thank you, see you tonight at the PARTY! Collection bins are located in the entrance on the right hand side for Bags of Love gifts. Offerings for Gentle Hands can be brought into the sanctuary.
